Cancellation & No-Show Policy To ensure availability for all guests, a valid card on file is required at the time of booking. By scheduling an appointment, you authorize Studio Blonde to charge the card on file in accordance with the policy below. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. These fees are non-refundable and will be charged to the card on file. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting reserved appointment times. Children & Guest Etiquette At Studio Blonde, every appointment is designed to feel intentional, relaxing, and elevated. In order to preserve the luxury atmosphere of the salon for all guests and neighboring professionals, I kindly ask that the following policies be respected and understood prior to your appointment. Children are welcome only when they are scheduled to receive a service themselves. If more than two children are being serviced during the same appointment, an additional adult must be present to assist with supervision and accommodations. For longer appointments, blonding services, or color corrections, please arrive prepared with snacks, drinks, entertainment, headphones, tablets, or comfort items to help keep your child comfortable throughout the duration of the service. This allows me to provide the highest level of attention, efficiency, and artistry without interruption while ensuring a smooth experience for every guest in the salon environment. For the safety of your child, my guests, and the salon space, children must remain supervised at all times. Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for any damages caused to salon furniture, tools, décor, retail products, equipment, or neighboring suites during their visit. Any damages incurred may be added to the final service total. These policies are never intended to feel impersonal or unwelcoming. They are simply in place to protect the calm, private, luxury experience Studio Blonde is known for. Not only for my guests, but also for the other professionals and clients sharing the building.
